Causes of bubbles:
1. Raw material problem: It is estimated that the transparent white carbon black is not pure, or mixed with other white carbon black;
2. Coking problem: the compound is not uniformly mixed, the filling capacity is unreasonable, and the temperature and time of the glue discharge are not well controlled.
Solution:
1. Aiming at the problem of raw materials: select transparent white carbon black with better purity, and then refining transparent rubber after the kneader is cleaned;
2. Aiming at the problem of coking process: control the kneading temperature, control the kneading time, extend the original kneading time by 5-10 minutes, and then discharge the glue for inspection.
Glue storage and transportation matters:
1. This product is non-hazardous and should be sealed and stored in a cool place to prevent rain and sun exposure.
2. Avoid contact with condensed silicone rubber vulcanizing agent during operation. There are also amines, sulfur and phosphorus compounds and some metal salts that may cause the rubber to not vulcanize.
